I generally work online and remotely. Still, I do encourage folks to wash their hands regularly.

Clear goals, intentions, motivations, feedback, project history and background, and maybe a deposit.
Why should customers choose you?

I'm honest about what I can offer, and the time it will take to complete the project. The client will also be able to make corrections or suggestions, and I'm exceptional at working with people who value substance and transparency.
